Tsuikey may receive your name, email address, profile image, and provider identifier from authentication providers such as Apple, Google, and LINE.

Tsuikey collects reminder content, scheduled times, completion status, pair invitation status, notification settings, device information, push tokens, usage data, and error data.

Email addresses are used for account identification, session management, identity confirmation, important notices, support, and abuse prevention.

We do not sell email addresses or use them for advertising unrelated to these purposes.

When you use pair features, reminder content, scheduled times, completion status, and display names needed for the feature may be shown to your paired user.

Tsuikey uses services such as Apple, Google, LINE, hosting providers, databases, APNs, and FCM only as needed to provide the service.

For paid plans, Tsuikey uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and the App Store / Google Play for in-app purchases, restores, and refunds. Your authenticated user ID is shared with RevenueCat to manage your subscription.

These providers may be located outside Japan, primarily in the United States. Information is shared only as needed to provide each feature.

Billing and subscription events are retained for up to 7 years, analytics events for up to 13 months, and diagnostic logs for up to 90 days.
